Wire Harness Tape Cross-Reference Guide

How to read this table: it is organised by the job the tape does, not by claimed equivalence. Find the application you are buying for, then compare our published specification against the part you use today.

Buyers usually arrive with an incumbent part number rather than a specification. This page maps the common automotive tape applications to the ONEI grade built for that job, with the specification we publish for it. Use it to shortlist — then validate with samples against your own drawing.

Important: the middle column names the parts buyers most often shop against in each category. It does not assert tested equivalence, and no comparative test data is implied. Specifications in the right-hand column are our own. Request samples and qualify against your drawing before switching any released part.

FAQ

Cross-referencing — questions & answers

Is this a list of equivalent parts?

No. This table maps tapes by application category and states our own published specification for each grade. It is not a claim of tested equivalence to any third-party product. To compare a specific part, request free samples and run your own qualification against your drawing.

How do I qualify a ONEI tape against the part I use today?

Send the incumbent part's key parameters — LV 312 temperature class, abrasion class, backing, adhesive system, width and thickness — and we will propose the matching grade and ship samples for your own comparative testing.

Are you affiliated with Tesa or 3M?

No. Tesa and 3M are trademarks of their respective owners. Anhui Yijiayi Technology Co., Ltd. is an independent full-chain manufacturer; the part numbers above are named only to describe the application category buyers are shopping in.

Can you match a specification we already have?

Yes. Give us the drawing or the incumbent specification and we will build a qualifying grade. Weaving, coating and adhesive formulation are all in-house, which is why we can develop and adjust a grade quickly.
