Wire Harness Tape Supplier with IATF 16949 for LV 312: What You Can Verify
IATF 16949 certificate CB02157 (valid to 2028-11-19) and the LV 312 figures on our harness tape datasheets, plus why no model is called T4.
Short answer: Yes on the quality system, with a precise limit on what that means. Anhui Yijiayi Technology Co., Ltd. (brand ONEI) holds IATF 16949:2016 certificate CB02157, issued by TUV Saarland Certification GmbH, valid from 20 November 2025 to 19 November 2028, for the design and manufacture of adhesive tapes with product design responsibility. That certifies how the Mingguang site is run. It does not certify any tape model, and it does not give a tape an LV 312 class.

The LV 312 evidence, model by model
LV 312 grades a harness tape on separate axes — temperature, abrasion and noise damping — and a tape can sit high on one and low on another. A class belongs to a model, not to a range. These are the figures printed on our own datasheets, with the standard each one is cited to:
| Model | Printed on the datasheet |
|---|---|
| K8030 (PET fleece) | Temperature −40 to +105 °C (LV 312); noise damping Class C, 5 to 10 dB or less (LV 312); scrape abrasion Class B, 100–499 cycles (ISO 6722); flammability Class B, self-extinguishing (ISO 3795) |
| K75100-00 (woven PET cloth, synthetic rubber) | Temperature −40 to +105 °C; noise damping Class A, 2 dB or less; burn rate 100 mm/min or less — declared on the datasheet, test standard not printed |
| K8026-00 (PET fleece) | −30 to +150 °C; flame grade printed as “class C” without naming the standard, so it is not presented as an LV 312 class |
Why we do not call any model “T4”
Buyers search for “LV 312 T4”, so here is the plain position. A T-class is awarded on the LV 312 ageing test, not read off a temperature range. Our upper temperature tiers (80, 105, 130 and 150 °C) are measured values on our own datasheets, not LV 312 classes; 80 °C is not T1 and 130 °C is not T3. No model is stated as a held T1–T4 class, and no scrape-abrasion class other than K8030's Class B is printed on any datasheet. Where your drawing names a T-class or an abrasion class, send the drawing: we qualify a model against it and issue the report per model, and we tell you what still needs testing.
Questions to put to any harness-tape supplier
- Which model carries the class, and is the figure on a datasheet or only in a brochure?
- Which axis is the class on — temperature, abrasion or noise damping? A bare letter or “T4” with no axis cannot be compared.
- For abrasion: which mandrel diameter? A class is only comparable at the same mandrel.
- Is the IATF 16949 certificate in the name of the manufacturer that makes the tape, and does the scope list the site that makes it?
- Is the flame figure tied to a named standard (ISO 3795, or a UL method), or only a word such as “flame retardant”?
